How to install Multimedia Codecs
- added the w32codecs packages, as suggested in the official wiki
- added wmv - choppy audio workaround hint, as suggested in the official wiki
- removed Stubbys instructions of installing libdvdcss2 (gstreamer) cause it does not work
- added instructions to install regionset as suggested in the official wiki
